Whitescreen issue for carestream when setup intraoral camera

The live video windows from Carestream image software shows whitescreen during the setup of a ProDENT intraoral camera.

To fix this issues, you can try to refresh the connection.

 

if not work, you need to apply a registry update to windows

 

Open File Explorer and browse to C:\ProDENTCapture\Files

 


 

 

  • If you are on a x64 machine, double click on whitescreenfix_x64.reg and confirm the registry update
  • If you are on a x86 machine, double click on whitescreenfix_x86.reg and confirm the registry update
