International shipping: flat fee $15 per order

Canadian customers — no surprise duties

If you are charged any import duties, taxes or customs brokerage fees when your ProDENT order is delivered in Canada, we will reimburse you in full. Just email a photo of the carrier's receipt to cs@prodentshop.com and we will refund the amount right away. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

European Union orders — shipped from Germany

PD760-series and PD740 cameras ship from our warehouse in Germany: EU orders clear no customs and pay no import fees. Other models ship from the US.
