Intraoral Camera Capture is a macOS app that listens for the physical button on a compatible intraoral camera and sends the selected keyboard shortcut to dental imaging software.

Setup Checklist
- Install Intraoral Camera Capture from the Mac App Store.
- Connect the intraoral camera to the Mac.
- Open System Settings and allow Intraoral Camera Capture under Privacy & Security, Accessibility.
- Choose the dental imaging software preset in the app.
- Turn on Open at login so the camera button works after restarting the Mac.
- Press the camera button and confirm the selected shortcut is sent to the imaging software.
Subscription
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store. The 1 workstation annual plan is $39.99/year. Discounted annual plans are available for 2 through 10 workstations.
Use Restore Purchases if this Mac should use an existing App Store subscription. Use Change Plan to choose a different workstation count.
Support Registration
Support registration is optional, but recommended. It helps ProdentShop identify the clinic, installation, and workstation when providing technical support during trial or subscription.
Complete the required clinic fields, send an email verification code, enter the 6-digit code, then save the support profile.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm Intraoral Camera Capture is running.
- Confirm Open at login is enabled.
- Confirm Accessibility permission is enabled for Intraoral Camera Capture.
- Disconnect and reconnect the camera.
- Re-select the dental imaging software preset.
- Restart the Mac and test again.
If subscriptions do not appear, confirm the app is installed from the App Store or TestFlight and that the Apple ID has access to the subscription products.
