Remote Assistance

We use Anydesk as our Remote Service Tool.

Here`s how to prepare the Anydesk in your computer :

First, download Anydesk Remote Software

or you can download it from anydesk.com , then click Free Download :

Second, click Run or Save .

Third, provide the 9 digit ID to Technical Support to remotely access your computer.
