STEP 1

Start the three-step setup

Connect your camera, open Intraoral Camera Capture, and select Get Started.

STEP 2

Turn on one Mac Settings switch

Select Open Mac Settings, turn on the Intraoral Camera Capture switch, and return to the app. Wait for the card to turn green, then select Next.

STEP 3

Choose your dental software

Select MacPractice or Oryx. For another program, choose Set your own hotkey and press the key that program uses to take a photo.

STEP 4

Press the camera button once

On Try your camera button, press the physical button once. Listen for a chime and watch the camera icon at the top of the Mac blink green. The page turns green in place; select the large Next to see That's the one!.

No chime after a few tries? Unplug the camera, plug it back in firmly, and press once without holding.

STEP 5

Finish and look for Ready

On Setup complete, leave Start when your Mac starts on so the button is ready after a restart. Select Finish. The daily window now shows Ready.

Everyday use

Open your dental photo screen and press the camera button. The chime and quick green blink at the top confirm every press. Need help later? Open the camera icon in the Mac menu bar and choose Help & Support.
